Approximately 4 hours one Sunday each month between 11:00 - 3:00 p.m. when Meet & Greet is held plus planning time
Role Description
Plans Meet & Greet events with medical and placement teams to determine which dogs will attend; works with adoption consultant team to disseminate details to prospective adopters; recruits volunteers to attend the monthly event; Follows the M&G checklist to ensure that the event runs smoothly; promptly processes the matrix/grid for each dog in attendance on the night of the event so that foster can schedule follow up meetings with prospective adopters immediately.
