Ellie Mae & Lucy Mae are in need of a guardian angel.   Ellie Mae (about 2 and a half years old) & Lucy Mae (about 1 year old) are a mother and daughter bonded pair that we rescued from a Georgia shelter.  They had been surrendered by their owner who could no longer care for them.

Unfortunately, Ellie Mae is heartworm positive, yes at 2 and a half  years of age she is HW+.  GRRA will take her through treatments (paying for this over the next few months) which will cost roughly $1500.

Sweet Lucy Mae has been diagnosed with a significant heart murmur and needs to see a cardiologist for a proper work up.  We have no idea how much that will run, but GRRA is committed to providing her whatever care she requires.

Clearly these girls need help and GRRA needs assistance to get them what they need.   Donations are urgently needed to help get these girls the care that is called for.  Will you be their guardian angel?
