Freya Luck: Foster to Adopt Wanted
Hi there — I just found out that I have heartworms, but don’t worry! GRRA is already stepping in to make sure I get all the treatment I need. They’ll cover the full cost of my medical care so I can heal and get this pesky parasite out of my system.
I'm hoping to find a kind and patient applicant who will care for me while I go through my treatment. I promise to be a grateful and loving companion every step of the way.
If adopting isn’t possible for you, please consider donating to GRRA. Your support helps pups like me receive lifesaving care and gives so many other dogs a chance at a healthy, happy future.
Thank you for believing in dogs like me! 🐾💛

I’ve been through more than most, but you’d never know it by watching me thrive. Since losing my front left leg due to a gunshot wound, I've learned quickly how to get around and now handle everything on my own—including going outside to potty like a champ.
I’m a gentle, affectionate girl who loves being close to my person. I get along well with my foster siblings and may be small at just 32 pounds, but my heart is huge. I'm learning to trust again, so just be patient with me!
Right now, I need a calm and loving home for a few months, while I complete heartworm treatment and keep my heart rate low. Once I’m healed and that's all behind me, I’ll be ready to embrace life fully with my forever family.
