When it rains, it pours… not only am I undergoing treatment for those pesky heartworms, but I’ve also had a few seizures, so I will need to continue medication for the rest of my life. Despite all of that, I’m still a fabulous little guy — goofy, funny, and wonderfully laid-back. I absolutely love other dogs, and at just 40 pounds, I’m the perfect pint-sized companion!
I love playtime, but for the next few months, I’ll need to stick to short walks and lots of mental enrichment while my body heals. Don’t worry — I’m more than happy to trade high-energy adventures for cozy time with my people, kids included, soaking up all the love and attention I can get. One of my favorite things is simply being by your side… and if you have chickens, I’d be delighted to help supervise while you gather their eggs!
I’m still polishing up on some basics, like potty training, and I’ll need a patient person to help guide me. But with time, understanding, and love, I’ll be ready for all the wonderful adventures our future holds. Until then, I’ll be your loyal little shadow, bringing smiles, laughter, and endless affection into your life.
