Robert Quinton

Robert brings to this position 24 years of banking experience with Truist Bank (f/k/a BB&T).  Prior to joining BB&T, he was a commercial banker with another lending institution and also worked with the US Treasury Department as a National Banking Examiner.  He has been a volunteer with GRRA since January 2024 and serves as an Adoption Coordinator, Home Check Coordinator, and Intake Transport Coordinator. Robert is a very active volunteer as he works extensively with SCORE, a volunteer group sponsored by the US Small Business Administration, that helps mentor small business owners.  He also works with AARP teaching Driver Safety courses, Junior Achievement to help children better understand how to budget and save money, and finally has been a financial counselor with Habitat for Humanity Atlanta.  Robert and his wife have two rescued labrador retrievers.
