Erin Osterland

Erin Osterland is a licensed Realtor with extensive experience in luxury real estate, operations, and client-focused leadership. She currently serves as a Sales Associate and Closing Coordinator with Atlanta Fine Homes Sotheby’s International Realty, where she represents developers on high-end new construction condominium projects in Atlanta. In this dual role, Erin supports sales initiatives, coordinates closings, manages contract execution, and analyzes sales data to support development teams in strategic decision-making.

Before transitioning into real estate, Erin spent more than a decade in leadership roles with Brain Balance Achievement Centers, serving as Center Director in both Decatur and Suwanee, Georgia. In these roles, she managed daily operations, staff recruitment and training, financial performance, and community outreach. Erin also led community presentations, interpreted neurodevelopmental assessments for families, and collaborated with schools and professionals to support student success.

In addition to her professional career, Erin is deeply committed to animal welfare. She joined GRRA in 2025 after volunteering with another golden retriever rescue since 2008 and served on its Board of Directors from 2022–2025. Her work included coordinating rescues, transporting dogs, conducting home checks, managing adoption events, creating marketing campaigns, building community partnerships, and supporting fundraising initiatives. She has played a key role in major community and fundraising events while also serving as a liaison for shelters and rescue partners.
