2010 Raffle Rules
OFFICIAL CONTEST RULES: By participating, you agree that:

These Official Contest Rules may not be waived, modified, or supplemented except by Golden Retriever Rescue of Atlanta™ (GRRA™). No modification of these official contest rules shall be enforceable unless made by GRRA™.

The raffle drawing shall be held at the GRRA™ Rescue Romp on September 19, 2010. All tickets must be received by 2:00 P.M. on the drawing date to be eligible for the drawing.

Each ticket will be entered separately in the drawing. Each ticket is a separate and equal chance to win the raffle items. Raffle drawing will be done at random.

Tickets will be sold at GRRA™ Adoption Days, at the Rescue Romp, and through the treasurer at treasurer@grra.com. GRRA™ representatives may also sell raffle tickets.

When an order is placed, we will complete the ticket by filling in the name, address, and phone number, and we will drop the ticket in the barrel at the GRRA™. At the drawing, the winner will be contacted based on the name and information on the ticket.

Ticket prices are $10 per ticket and $15 for two tickets.

There is no limit on the number of tickets an individual can buy and no limit on the number of tickets GRRA™ will sell.

Participants must be at least 18 years old.

Winner notification will be made by telephone and mail, if the winner is not present at the GRRA™ Rescue Romp.

Winners have 30 days to take delivery of the raffle item won.

Instructions and restrictions/blackouts are labeled on the back of the certificates.

GRRA™ reserves the right to cancel this contest at any time, in which event its liability is limited to refund of ticket prices to participants. Any person who engages in conduct designed to corrupt the outcome of a charitable gaming activity with the purpose to defraud, or knowing that he is facilitating a fraud, is guilty of a Class D felony.

THIS CONTEST IS SUBJECT TO ALL APPLICABLE FEDERAL, STATE AND LOCAL LAWS, AND IS VOID WHERE PROHIBITED, TAXED, OR OTHERWISE RESTRICTED.

All proceeds benefit GRRA™, a private non-profit 501(c)(3) organization.
